“We’ve been together 18 years, Josh and me, me and Josh. We’ve been so close, it was just one of those things where you know, I’d been talking to him, and he’s been telling me about the engagement. And then I saw on social media where it was just like, ‘You didn’t even tell me?! I had to find out on social media?’ And then you’re like, ‘You know what!? Fine!’ and then I’m like, wait, I probably shouldn’t have done that,” Bell said.
“Yeah, I said the ties are cut or whatever, but I should have just texted that to him, you know. I was just being cranky.”
Bell, who starred with Peck on Nickelodeon‘s Drake & Josh from 2004 to 2007, had taken to Twitter following Peck’s June 17 wedding to vent about not being invited to the wedding.
“True colors have come out today. Message is loud and clear. Ties are officially cut. I’ll miss you brother,” Bell wrote at the time. The Tweet has since been deleted.
In addition to admitting regret for the Tweets, Bell also revealed that he is open to a Drake & Josh reunion.
“I would love to do it. I would love to,” Bell said. “If there’s time, if it’s in our schedules and it’s right, I would jump in it in a second.”
