Mama June has been working out and it’s paying off.
In a new clip obtained by Entertainment Tonight, the reality star is heading to the gym when she’s called aside by her daughter Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson. The mom looks noticeably slimmer in the preview.

The former child pageant star wanted to talk to her mom because she had received a call from her stepmom-to-be who wanted to go dress shopping for Sugar Bear’s wedding.
“Uh, that s**t ain’t gonna happen,” Mama June reacts. “I mean, that’s a little messed up, especially for an event like this.”
“I don’t know why Jennifer would call an 11-year-old and not me,” she tells the camera. “I mean, what type of woman does that? Is she that scared of me?”
The upcoming wedding is often a topic of conversation as Sugar Bear remarries after cheating on Mama June.
Mama June is chronicling her weight loss journey and the new life it has brought her in her new show Mama June: From Not to Hot.
