The Here Comes Honey Boo Boo vet took to social media this past weekend to reveal that she is going to have the excess skin from her stomach removed following her gastric bypass surgery and massive weight loss.

The 37-year-old tweeted: “Now it’s time to go to LA & have all the skin removed on my stomach I cannot wait next wk I say goodbye 2 the old me & hello 2 the new me.”
After sharing this update on social media, Twitter absolutely erupted. One user with the Twitter handle @HonesTweeter completely fat-shamed her with a scathing comment that read: “@MamaJune_BooBoo the huge scars everywhere after the surgery will always be a reminder of how fat u were those won’t go away.”
