Joy-Anna Duggar Is Engaged

Another Duggar is heading down the aisle!

Joy-Anna Duggar is engaged to Austin Forsyth, PEOPLE confirmed.

“Hey y’all! I’m Joy Duggar and this is Austin,” the 19-year-old Counting On star said in a video on the Duggar Family website introducing her new beau. 

“I just asked her to enter a courtship with me,” Forsyth added for the cameras.

“And I said yes!” Joy-Anna added. “We’ve known each other for a long time.”

She and Forsyth are friends from childhood. 

“You know, over the years, I have just been watching and I really admire her heart for the Lord and her character. She’s such a diligent worker. She gets all the younger siblings working. She’s a good delegator,” Forsyth said, and added, “and then, of course, her beauty.”

Joy-Anna isn’t the only one celebrating! Her sister, Jessa Seewald, just welcomed a baby boy.
