One of the seminal family-friendly sitcoms of the ’90s was Full House, which followed the adventures of the Tanner family and their exploits in San Francisco. Following the death of Pamela Tanner, her husband Danny (Bob Saget) was left to take care of his three daughters, enlisting the help of best friend Joey (Dave Coulier) and brother-in-law Jesse (John Stamos) to ensure their upbringing.

When the show ended in ’95, the actresses that played daughters all went different directions. The oldest actress, Candace Cameron, continued acting for a few years until she decided to focus on having a family. The youngest daughters, twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, transferred their success to a series of films, but eventually focused their attentions on fashion and makeup. Sadly, actress Jodie Sweetin spent many years following the end of Full House abusing alcohol, ecstasy, crack, and methamphetamines.

Luckily, Sweetin has turned her life around and left her days of hard-partying behind, allowing her to reprise her role in the Netflix revival series Fuller House.

After having spent so many years out of the spotlight, Sweetin looked virtually unrecognizable from the precocious preteen she played on the popular sitcom. See how the nerdy middle child grew into the gorgeous woman she is today!
