Whether you’re a fan of her or not, there are few comedians currently as popular as Amy Schumer. Thanks to her sketch comedy series, Inside Amy Schumer, the comedian was able to write and star in 2015’s Trainwreck, one of the most well-received comedies of the year. Later this year, the star will appear in Snatched, a highly-anticipated comedy starring herself and Goldie Hawn.
Despite all of her successes, there is still a vocal base of critics who not only chastise humor for her humor, but also for her looks. The actress is a veritable movie star, but since she doesn’t have a dangerously skinny appearance, she receives flack for not being attractive enough to warrant her stardom.

With all of the disgusting and lewd comments that are regularly made about Schumer, sh recently proved on Instagram how none of those comments bother her, posting multiple snaps of herself in various bathing suits from flattering and sometimes unflattering angles.
