Zac Brown wasn’t going to let one of his fans miss out on seeing him after a tragic accident. The country star surprised a 17-year-old fan who was paralyzed days before he was set to attend a show.
Thomas Schoettle suffered a spinal injury after diving into a pool so he was unable to attend a performance at BB&T Pavilion in New Jersey.

“At 17, the reality of the possibility of paralysis for the remainder of his life is difficult to accept,” family friend Anthony Mela Sr. wrote in a post asking the singer to visit the boy, according to Taste of Country.
The plea was answered. Brown showed up at the hospital to wish his young fan well.
