Anna Faris Reveals She Knew Chris Pratt Was Going to Propose 'Months' Before It Happened

Anna Faris is a very patient woman.

Entertainment Tonight reports that on the latest episode of her podcast Unqualified, the actress revealed that she knew that Guardians of the Galaxy 2 star Chris Pratt was going to propose to her long before he actually got down on one knee.

"We had talked about getting married and were living together. One day I found a bag from a jeweler on the floor of his truck, so I knew something was coming," Faris said.

That something didn't come right away, though. Faris said that Pratt let a number of opportunities pass before finally popping the question.

"My whole family took all of us to Italy and apparently he lugged [the ring] all around Italy and held on to it for a couple months," she said. "I think I knew for like, seven months, and so finally he asked me on my birthday."

Knowing for so long in advance, Faris wasn't exactly convincing with her surprised face.

"I confessed because he was like, 'You knew this was coming,'" Faris said.

Faris and Pratt have been married for almost eight years. The couple has one child, 4-year-old son, Jack.
