Country singer Craig Morgan’s 19-year-old son, Jerry Greer, is missing after a tubing accident near Kentucky Lake in Humphreys County, Tennessee on Sunday, WSMV reports.
Greer, who recently graduated from Dickson Country High School, was tubing with a friend on the Tennessee River when they collided and fell into the water. Both were wearing life jackets, but only Greer’s friend resurfaced. Greer has reportedly not been seen since.

Crews searched the area Sunday night and resumed the search early Monday morning after requesting additional resources.
Briona Arradondo, a reporter for WSMV-TV, tweeted that crews were focusing their search on a five to 10 acre area of Kentucky Lake where the water can be as deep as fifteen feet.
She later shared that about five boats were on the water overnight, and that search crews had been using all the resources they could, which amounts to up to 50 boats total, according to the fire chief.
“It is a big area that we’re looking at so we’re going to try and review the statements that we have from our eyewitnesses and narrow that down today,” said Matt Majors, boating accident investigator with TWRA.
“The family is grateful for everyone’s support and prayers and requests privacy during this difficult time,” a statement from Morgan’s publicist reads.
Morgan and his wife, Karen Greer, also have three other children.
