It’s sweater-weather, y’all! With fall season heating up (or cooling down?) there’s no better time to break out autumn’s most versatile & chic accessory – a great scarf. And if we can give you one super-Womanista tip? Stock up on them in every color, texture, and print in oversized-versions – like this one for only $30! Your cold-weather wardrobe will thank you. There are literally a zillion ways to wear a scarf with your outfit – from casual cool to dressed-up glam – and here are a few easy-breezy ways to rock a scarf this season!

1. The Blanket Wrap

This cozy look is both chic (and warm!) Take an oversized blanket scarf, wrap once around your neck, and tie it underneath the “blanket” part in front.

2. The Infinity

An infinity Scarf is easy to pop on and go (no actual tying involved!) Just pull it over your head and voila! Pick a warm knit to add a textural element to your ensemble.

3. The Necktie

This look works great with a casual bandana or a designer silk. Knot it in front and leave a few inches out on each end – you can wear now during the transition to fall and it makes for a chic substitute to a necklace.

4. The Drape

Using a scarf as a wrap is perfect for transitional weather. When you don’t necessarily need a jacket or a sweater, BUT an accessorized extra layer never hurt anyone. Adding a classic print in a different fabric or texture (like a tartan or animal print!) makes a muted statement, too!

5. The One Looper

Oversized scarf + One semi-loose loop around your neck = Instant fall fabulous. Yet another use for the ever-versatile oversized scarf and a great way to add a pop of color to your outfit.
