The car continues to sink, so one of the rescuers jumps out of the boat onto the car and beings to tear through the car’s fabric roof.
She’s pulled to safety after the car is fully submerged, telling her rescuer to get her dog. He reaches inside and tries to find the dog but can’t and says he thinks the dog is gone.
“No, she better not be,” the woman said.
In an amazing moment, the dog pops out of the water in the man’s arms , much to the relief of everyone participating.
