In the late ’90s and early ’00s, few musicians were hotter than Britney Spears, dominating the charts with multiple hit singles. Sadly, the fame and fortune took hold of the singer, resulting in damage to her mental health in highly publicized tantrums.
Thankfully, the singer’s time away from the spotlight has allowed her to mount a massive comeback in the form of a new album and massive Las Vegas show. Britney is the hottest commodity she’s been in ten years, resulting in Lifetime releasing a movie that chronicles the singer’s career.

The film debuted last night and, according to thousands of social media posts, it was a complete atrocity. Users couldn’t help but post how awful Britney Ever After was, with even Sarah Michelle Gellar getting in on the festivities.
