In the wake of their divorce, Hollywood A-listers Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie won’t be fighting it out over financial assets as the details of their prenuptial agreement have made it expressly clear as to who gets what.

The couple reportedly has a combined fortune of $400 million, and the prenup is ironclad, according to TMZ. The couple has only been married for 2 years and it appears as though the Mrs and Mrs. Smith actors have been expecting a divorce since day 1.

Together the couple has 12 total properties which were purchased before they were dating or before they were married. Brad owns 7 of them while Angelina owns 2. Before getting hitched back in 2014, the duo bought 3 properties together including a vineyard in France, a mansion in New Orleans, and an apartment in New York.

The major issue in the divorce will be the custody of their six children. Pitt plans to fight for joint physical custody of their kids: Maddox (15), Pax (12), Zahara (11), Shiloh (10), and the twins Knox and Vivienne (8). When Jolie filed the divorce papers last week, she requested sole physical custody of their children.

Brangelina’s 12-year relationship shockingly ended last week after the Wanted actress filed for divorce from Pitt while citing “irreconcilable differences” after their two years of marriage, according to the New York Daily News.

The news of the divorce came after an alleged incident between Pitt and their son Maddox took place on Brangelina’s private plane. A witness reported that the father of six got “verbally abusive” and “physical” with one of their children, according to PEOPLE. Other sources have maintained that there was no inappropriate behavior, but only a normal family argument between a teenage son and his father.

Do you think Brad Pitt should be given joint physical custody of the six children?
