Wednesday night on America’s Got Talent, a homeless teenager from Baltimore delivered a stunning performance that received the shows’ final golden buzzer. One Direction star Louis Tomlinson was in attendance as one of the guest judges, and was completely blown away by the 14-year-old’s incredible rendition of the Audra Day hit song “Rise Up.”
After receiving a congratulatory hug from Tomlinson, the teenager, Jayna Brown, began jumping up and down and exclaiming, “I am going to die!” Prior to the performance, the young singer was visibly trembling as she stood in front of the One Direction star, but she clearly overcame her nerves as all of the judges and the audience members believed her performance was spectacular.

“It is not just one thing with you,” Tomlinson explained. “It’s not just the voice. It’s not just the performance. You have everything and it is so infectious to watch you perform!”
Judge Simon Cowell told Brown, “You, young lady, have just turned this competition upside down.”
Jayna became one of the final seven acts to advance to the live rounds of the competition, which begins in Los Angeles on July 26.
The other acts that advanced to the live shows on Wednesday include: Viktor Kee (Juggler), Throwings (Acrobats), The Clairvoyants (Mentalists), Outlawz (Dancers), Muscality (Vocal Group), and Sos & Victoria Petrosyan (Quick Change Artists).
Keep an eye out for Jayna Brown and all of the other amazing acts when the live shows begin on July 26.
