You're About to Be Super Impressed by Khloé Kardashian's 10-Year Fitness Transformation
Through the years, we've seen Khloé Kardashian go from being pegged as the 'fat, ugly sister' [...]
2007
When the Kardashian sisters first emerged onto the scene in 2007 with Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Khloé says she was treated differently than Kim and Kourtney. Instantly billed as the "fat sister," she found it hard to stay confident about her body after being constantly compared to her sisters.
"The fabulous Kardashian sisters were not an easy act to follow … I just didn't look like them," Khloé wrote in their book, Kardashian Konfidential.

Starting in 2009, Khloé and her sisters all used and advertised for the QuickTrim weight loss system, aka weight loss pills. We obviously don't condone weight loss pills or yo-yo dieting as a healthy weight loss plan — and it looks like others agree. Three years later, four QuickTrim customers filed a $5 million lawsuit against the Kardashians, saying they made false claims when reporting via Tweets and commercials that they used the products to slim down. So yeah, maybe don't believe every wild weight loss claim you see online or on TV.

Once Khloe stopped taking QuickTrim pills is when her fitness journey really began. She told Us Weekly that she began doing 30 minutes of cardio every day, like boxing and hiking, to get her sweat on. She said her goal was to feel comfortable in a swimsuit.
"Most girls in their 20s get to be in bikinis around their friends," the then-26-year-old explained. "I was never that girl."

As a judge on X Factor in 2012, it was clear that Khloé's new healthy weight loss efforts were paying off, thanks to boxing classes and healthier eating habits.
"I love to box!" she told Us Weekly. "I'm good at it! Boxing keeps me entertained—and you just shed weight."
"I could have done a lot of unhealthy things to lose weight, and I'm proud for all the criticism I've taken and haven't done that," she said.

By the end of 2013, Khloé was down 30 pounds! She says she worked out four days a week and ate in moderation.
"It is consistency," she told Andy Cohen. "I have been working out at least four days a week. I eat better in moderation. I still have to eat, I love food. It's just eating in moderation, it's lifestyle changes."
Earlier in the year, she clapped back on Twitter when critics said she used plastic surgery to lose the weight. "People LOVE to hate. I have worked really hard to be healthy and I am proud of my body! It's all ME! I did it the healthy LONG way. Please don't discredit my hard, long work. Don't hate because you couldn't do it."

By 2015, Khloe was regularly posting workout pics and videos to Snapchat and Instagram.
"I hate not being consistent in the gym," she captioned a pair of photos of herself lifting weights in May 2014. "Consistency is key when it comes to my body. Thank you Mr Gym for being my therapy... Mind, Body and Soul."

These days, Khloé keeps up her fitness progress by working out regularly and eating healthier than ever before. She even stunned on the cover of Health magazine.
"I did baby steps," she told the magazine. "I cut out sodas, then I went dairy-free for two weeks, and I lost 11 pounds. Now I only drink almond milk. I love cheese, which is hard, but if I want to lose weight quickly, dairy-free is the way to go. It's not even a diet anymore."
She's so happy with her fitness journey that she started her own weight loss TV show, Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian.
"For me, my revenge is not on a person, my revenge is more on life, what people said I could never do," she told Cosmopolitan. "It is revenge on everyone calling me 'the fat, ugly sister,' the this, the that, the stylists that wouldn't work with me because they didn't do my-sized bodies. It's not on one person, it's really just on everyone who laughed at me before."
