The controversial six-pack pregnant mom is back and she doesn’t have time for haters.
Model and social media star Sarah Stage first made headlines in 2015 when she magically maintained her abs all the way through her first pregnancy with son James Hunter.

Stage used a slim, ab-filled bikini photo to announce in June that she’s five months along carrying her second child, leading the haters to slam her fit figure once again.
Now at six months pregnant, Stage took to Instagram again with a toned bikini pic and a strong message for those criticizing her barely-there bump.
“I’m at a place in my life where happiness, peace and joy are my priority,” the fitness star wrote. “Especially being #6monthspregnant, there’s no room for any negativity so please take it elsewhere.”
“Baby #2 is healthy and measuring just fine. I would think that after having James, who was born almost 9lbs and healthy, people would be more understanding during this pregnancy and keep their ignorant comments to themselves โฆ we are all different that’s what makes us special and unique!”

Though the social media star’s bump looks similar to her first pregnancy, she’s noticed a few differences this time around.
“I have a little bump, but this time I’m carrying a little bit differently,” she told PEOPLE while five months pregnant. “The doctor says the baby is a lot lower.”
As for her exercise routine, Stage follows her own workout plan, but she makes sure not to push her body too hard.
Earlier in July, she posted a core-centric workout video to Instagram in which she can be seen doing Russian twists, crunches, standing side crunches and planks, among other moves.
As usual, commenters had a lot to say (she has since deactivated comments on the post), giving their two cents about her belly size, but also sharing concerns over the safety of her routine.
“Are you allowed to lie on your back because you’re on the smaller side?!” one pregnant woman asked. “I wish I could do crunches, but my doctor told me after the first trimester to not lay on my back. (This is my 4th child and [I] always am told the same thing).”

Stage assured followers that she’s been cleared by her doctor to perform every exercise she does, but she understands that everyone is different when it comes to their fitness capabilities during pregnancy.
“I consulted with my trainer and my doctor just to make sure that it would be okay to continue [working out], and they just said to lower the weight,” she told PEOPLE. “If you listen to your body, it’s going to tell you if it’s too heavy. I’m doing a little bit less, I’m not going as aggressive as I normally do. I have to hold back, but that’s okay.”
