Patton Oswalt Proposes To Girlfriend Meredith Salenger

It’s official, Patton Oswalt is engaged!

Despite dealing with tragedy over the last two years, Oswalt has found happiness with now-fiancé Meredith Salenger.

The actress posted pictures of the engagement on Twitter Thursday morning, telling the whole world of their happy moment.

Salenger shows off the ring in one photo, along with the message that Oswalt used to pop the question. She also included a photo with Oswalt from the event, as well as a photo with his daughter Alice.

In the message, Salenger said that she’s “the luckiest girl in the universe!!!” but she didn’t stop there. She finished up the tweet by saying that she loved Patton, and that she loved Alice.

This is a bright moment for Oswalt, having been through an incredibly tough time recently. Last April, the comedian’s wife Michelle McNamara died unexpectedly, leaving Patton to care for Alice.

While Oswalt has been very open about the grief he experienced in losing his wife, things have been looking up since Meredith came into the picture. The two went public back in June, and they’ve been all smiles ever since.
