Getting tired of your smelly gym shorts and T-shirts that could potentially double as rags? Consider Khloé Kardashian‘s skin-tight bodysuit! The 32-year-old reality star hit up a dance class in Los Angeles with sister Kourtney Kardashian on Friday, flaunting that Revenge Body we can’t seem to get enough of these days.

While we’re trying not to think about using the restroom in the full-length bodysuit, we can’t help but admire its open back that shows off Khloé’s sculpted frame — and clings to her famous Kardashian booty!

Have a default grocery list.

When Khloé shared her nine go-to foods on her weekly grocery list, we learned that having the same healthy foods on your list every week can go a long way in keeping your healthy eating goals on track.

Especially if you’re struggling with losing weight, creating small healthy habits like having the same core foods on your grocery list is the perfect way to establish a new lifestyle.

Khloé’s list includes whole, fresh foods like fruit, veggies, Smartwater, bread, eggs, and almond milk. Stay away from buying guilty pleasure junk foods — if they’re not present in the house, then you can’t eat ’em!

Track your macros.

And if you can afford it, consider seeking advice from a nutritionist. Khloé’s nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia told Healthista that he creates “unique meal breakdowns” for her, based on how her body breaks down proteins, fats and carbs (macronutrients).

Goglia told Healthista that Kardashian eats seven meals per day — which might seem like a lot of work and meal prep for a mere ~peasant~ like you or me, but when you’ve (probably) got a team of assistants at your disposal, anything is possible.

An example of a typical breakfast for Khloé is a protein shake: one scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon of almond butter and a fruit of choice — blended with ice and water.

If you have a serious craving for something indulgent, go for it.

Khloé says she’s learned over the years that if she’s craving something like chocolate, it’s better to tackle the problem head-on and indulge in a small portion rather than binge on it later on.

“When I have a serious craving, I remind myself to exercise portion control,” she says on her app and website. “I believe that if you want chocolate, go for it.” She says that the trick is to have just enough to quench your craving without going overboard. “If you really need a handful of chocolate, eat it, or else you’re definitely going to binge later.”

Better to satisfy that craving now than totally binge on it later, resulting in regrets and possible weight gain.

Use fitness as a stress reliever.

Don’t look at your daily gym sesh as another chore to cross off your to-do list; instead, view it as a way to get rid of the stress and anxiety that come with living life. For Khloé, she found fitness as a way to unwind and clear her head during her turbulent marriage and divorce from Lamar Odom — it’s a trait she’s passing on to others on her new show Revenge Body.

“There are so many times where people get knocked down and they feel like they need to gorge on a gallon of ice cream and that’s how they get through something. I used to do that, so that’s why I relate,” she told Cosmopolitan. “If I’m knocked down now, I go to the gym. I let that be my stress reliever. It’s more about being healthy and finding the strength to get out of that hole.”

When it comes to fitness, start slow.

Khloé will be the first to tell you that fitness results take time — and her trainer, Gunnar Peterson, will be the second. “Seeing results is about consistency, so start off slow,” he told E! News. Peterson warns against biting off more than you can chew like jumping into extreme workouts like two-a-days.

“There’s no way you’re going to stick with that because it feels overwhelming,” he said. Peterson also said to incorporate resistance training into your routine if weight loss is your goal.

“Cardio is great for weight loss, but if you want to change the shape of your body, you have to build muscle,” he said.

Gaining muscle is what you want because it will help tighten your body, which will in turn help slim down your waistline. “Start by dedicating two times a week to a workout class with a friend. Do that for a month and then add on another class or workout the next month,” he continued.

If you absolutely can’t avoid fast food, be smart about your options.

Khloé wrote on her website that when she’s stranded at an airport with no healthy food options, she’ll often stop at a fast food restaurant and pick up the healthiest item on the menu.

When your only options are the Golden Arches or Colonel Sanders, you don’t have to throw your whole diet out the window!” she wrote. “Koko’s got you covered with the healthiest options under 500 calories at the most popular fast-food joints.”

Like what, you ask? At McDonald’s, Khloé suggests ordering the Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich, while skipping the fries and soda.

“This sandwich is relatively low in calories and scores high on the protein scale, which should keep you feeling more full for longer,” she said.

“Keep your portion control in check at Mickey D’s, and you’ll have half the battle won,” she said. “Skip the fries and soda, and most def do NOT supersize it!”

Now that you have Khloé’s fitness and healthy eating tips, reaching your own goals will be easier than ever.
