In the video the youngster uses Sylvester Stallone’s boxing training montage as a guide for his workout routine. As Rocky pumps iron, does push-ups, and other various exercises, so does the toddler.
The boy’s father posted the original video on Facebook with the caption: “Ok guys. Here is the video that everyone wants me to put back up of our little boy Charlie training with his favorite boxer. It brings a smile to our face every time he asks to ‘workout with Rocky.’ He takes his workouts very seriously. If you enjoy it as much as we do, please feel free to share it. Who knows, maybe it will make it back to Sly. Please keep the negative comments to yourself. No we do not allow him to watch the fight scenes and yes his tv time is very limited. It’s a 2 minute clip and he’s been training for the last year!! Happy Birthday Sylvester Stallone.”
The video of the training toddler has already garnered over 2.4 million views.

This was just the motivation we need to cue up the “Survivor” soundtrack and get started on our workout just like this adorable toddler!
