Kelly Clarkson has BIG news!
After taking some time off to give birth to her second child Remington Blackstock with husband Brandon Blackstock and give her voice a rest, Clarkson is returning to music in a fresh new way.

The singer announced in a Facebook live video on Friday that she is switching labels, leaving RCA Records for Atlantic Records.
“As you know, I came from ‘American Idol,’ which was awesome, but it was kind of an arranged marriage. RCA and I had an awesome 15 years and I’m super excited about all the people I got to work with,” Clarkson said.
The singer said that Atlantic Records was inspired to work with her and ready and willing to make whatever record she wanted.
“They [Atlantic Records] want to make the album that I’ve been dying to make since I was a kid,” the singer continued.
Clarkson then announced that she’ll be releasing a soulful record next year! She said it was a dream of hers since she was a kid and that her “mom has wanted this for years.”
Clarkson also promised a future country record for her country fans! We can’t wait to hear her new sound.
