Ryan Reynolds Has The Best Reaction To Fan’s Butt Tattoo

Ryan Reynolds has officially met his all-time biggest and most devoted fan.

Thursday, the actor happened upon a tweet that a die-hard Deadpool fan posted back in March. But it wasn’t any old fanboy tweet.

The Twitter post included a picture of the name “RYAN REYNOLDS” tattooed on the fan’s bare butt, printed in black and red ink with Comic Sans font.

The 18-year-old fan is Dustin, who spoke with The Huffington Post giving some insight into the reason behind getting the ink.

“As someone who’s interested in pursuing acting as a career, Ryan Reynolds happens to be quite the inspiration of mine,” Dustin told HuffPost. “I think he’s an incredibly versatile and well-rounded actor and I hope I can get to that point one day as well. Not to mention, he’s just a great dude; he’s selfless, passionate, and hilarious.”

The reasoning is quite simple, but the actual interaction between Dustin and Reynolds is quite hilarious.

Dustin first proposed his idea in early March when he wrote in reply to one of Reynolds’ tweets, “if you like this i’ll tattoo your name on my butt,” which you can see above.

Reynolds then called out the young man on his threat and tapped the “like” button. Dustin revealed to HuffPo that he wasn’t at all surprised that Reynolds called his bluff saying, “I honestly wasn’t too surprised that he liked my original tweet because I’ve noticed that he likes fan’s tweets sometimes.”

Dustin even reached out to his followers to choose what type of font he should use for his new tattoo. They chose Comic Sans because “it’s the only way you can truly capture [Ryan Reynolds’] essence.” 

The reception Dustin got from Twitterverse after getting the actor’s blessing made him determined to go through with his idea and then he did. Dustin took his request to tattoo artist Chris Bath at Cherry Hill Tattoo in Naples, Florida, and followed through with his pledge.

Dustin appropriately captioned the Twitter picture of his tattoo, “your wish is my command,” attaching a photo of his new butt ink.

The pic was accompanied with a screenshot of the tweet about getting the tattoo red and black as a tribute to Reynolds character Deadpool. 

And when Reynolds’ laid his eyes on Dustin’s bootyful tribute ink, he reacted as any mature and sane person would — with absolute horror.

He jokingly tweeted a reply to Dustin, writing out:

“Oh god. Oh. Dear. God. What have you done!? Thankfully, all the letters in my name are silent.”

And if you’re curious if Dustin regrets his decision to permanently mark his butt with Reynolds’ name, you can rest assure he’s convinced he made the right decision.
