It isn’t every day that someone loses ten, twenty, thirty pounds. Dropping weight is hard. Very hard. The older we all get, the more our butt jiggles or our turkey neck fills in. Go take a look in the mirror… and keep looking, hard. Don’t just give it a quick glance. Unless you bust mad reps like ‘The Situation,’ you probably have some goo sagging somewhere. With weight being so hard to shed, we love that Mama June has made such a massive effort and change with her body. She rolled up her sleeves, put in the hard work, and has changed her appearance entirely.
With a reality TV star documenting something this life-changing, the haters and trolls are bound to come out. And believe us, they have. But Mama June told Page Six that these are her biggest fans. They are the ones who motivate her.

We love that Mama June decided to show her weight loss journey on camera. A lot of us don’t even want to workout and eat healthier, much less film it for the world to see. June’s Twitter followers obviously loved that she has shared her experience and it has definitely given a ton of people new found inspiration to make a healthy change in their own lives.
