Former New England Patriots star, and now convicted felon, Aaron Hernandez will appear in court Tuesday where a judge will try to set a trial date for the double murder Hernandez committed.
Hernandez is already serving a life sentence for killing Odin Lloyd in 2013. The trial date the judge will set on Tuesday will be specifically for the two men murdered during a drive-by shooting involving Hernandez. The two men reportedly spilled a drink on Hernandez and he then gunned them down.
Jose Baez will be taking on Hernandez for this new case. Baez was the defense lawyer during the famous Casey Anthony trial for her murdering her own child, Baez getting her off all chargers.
