Teen Mom OG star Maci Bookout has her fans wondering if she is expecting her fourth child.

Bookout sparked pregnancy rumors with a photo she shared of herself with sons Bentley and Maverick in July. The snap was from a family vacation to the beach, according to her caption.

In the photo, the mother of three is holding her youngest son with the support of her hip and fans believe she is showcasing a baby bump.

“Is it me or does Maci’s belly look like she’s pregnant again?” one user wrote, while another added, “baby bump?”

However, many of her fans were quick to defend her and the photo claiming she isn’t pregnant, it was just the angle of the snapshot.

“She doesn’t look pregnant! It’s the angle of the picture and the way she’s holding Maverick on her hip,” an Instagram user commented.

Bookout’s boys look happy as can be in the photo. Although there is pregnancy speculation surrounding the picture, the MTV star hasn’t confirmed or denied the rumors.

A few months ago, Bookout told PEOPLE that she was not planning on having any more children.

The reality star already has two children with husband Taylor McKinney, son Maverick and daughter Jayde. She also shares 8-year-old son Bentley with her ex Ryan Edwards.
