Before WWE Superstars took to the ring last night in the Steel City, a group of them visited the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Stephanie McMahon, The Miz, Alexa Bliss, Finn Balor, and Maryse spent the day having fun while helping the kids create wrestling personas of their own.

Stephanie McMahon spoke of the heartwarming experience with CBS Pittsburgh.

"What we find in these kids is, they are the real superstars. They are the real heroes. And this is a chance for these kids to showcase their real superhero personas. And they did everything, from their entrance music to their looks to their names, to what they're actually fighting and what their characters mean, and it was just awesome."

The Miz was so touched by the future WWE Superstars that he broke character to be a nice guy:

"This was something more. Something a little bit added for them, you know, to see them walk out with a smile on their face, full of energy, full of life. And the audience, you know. To see them applauding them, cheering them, rooting them on. You could see the happiness. And that's what it's all about. Putting smiles on people's faces."

Stuff like this never gets old. Images like these are a great reminder that WWE is, was, and always will be about the kids. I mean, that's how adult fans first got into WWE, right?
