Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
