On Friday, Gotham actor Donal Logue tweeted out that his trans daughter Jade was missing, and now his fellow celebrities are sending out messages of hope and support.
Logue wrote, "Jade. we miss you and love you. please come home. If you can see this, just know I love and miss you dearly."
Some media referred to Jade as Logue's "son," but music icon Cher has come out in defense of that, tweeting, "Hey media: Donal Logue's trans daughter, NOT SON, NOT "CHILD" is missing. The fact that she's trans is very important. Don't erase it."
