While she may be a celebrity, Khloe Kardashian isn’t a stranger to fast food restaurants.
As Daily Mail points out, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star uploaded an article on her website entitled “My Fast-Food Survival Guide.”

In the piece, Khloe breaks down her recommendations for staying healthy when indulging in fast food.
“Even though clean eating is my M.O., sometimes I find myself in situations where there just isn’t an avocado smoothie or quinoa salad on the menu,” she wrote. “I’m looking at you, desert road trips and never-ending airport delays!”
Khloe hasn’t been shy about chowing down on fast food before. As seen in the above image, she’s posted a couple times about eating Popeyes on private planes. However, Popeyes doesn’t make the cut for her three ideal healthy fast food options.
“When your only options are the Golden Arches or Colonel Sanders, you don’t have to throw your whole diet out the window!” she wrote. “Koko’s got you covered with the healthiest options under 500 calories at the most popular fast-food joints.”
McDonald’s
She tackled the U.S.’s most widespread fast food chain, McDonald’s, first.
While most go for favorites like the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder or McNuggets, Khloe insists you steer clear of those leading options. Instead, order an Artisan Grilled Chicken Sandwich.
“This sandwich is relatively low in calories and scores high on the protein scale, which should keep you feeling more full for longer,” she said.
The food advice continues past the initial menu item. It’s awfully tempting to order fries, a McFlurry, apple pie or a large soda, but the 32-year-old socialite swears off all sides.
“Keep your portion control in check at Mickey D’s, and you’ll have half the battle won,” she said. “Skip the fries and soda, and most def do NOT supersize it!”
Taco Bell
The second recommendation by Khloe was Taco Bell, which is known for having both extremely weird and fattening items along with customizable lighter options.

In general, steer clear of anything smothered, supreme, wrapped in a Dorito, or XXL-sized and you’ll be just fine!” she said.
When it comes to a specific item, the Revenge Body host goes with the Fresco Soft Tacos filled with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce and pico de gallo.
“The boss move here is to order from the Fresco menu,” she wrote. “All the items are flavored with super flavorful low-calorie, fat-free pico de gallo.”
Kentucky Fried Chicken
The final spot on Khloe’s fast food selection list goes to Kentucky Fried Chicken.

When she decides against Popeyes, she instead goes for the Kentucky Grilled Chicken Breast with kernel corn and green beans, which is only 310 calories.
“Grilled chicken is your friend at KFC,” she wrote. “The fried options literally add hundreds of calories to the same serving size!”
Khloe’s weight loss show, Revenge Body, recently wrapped up its first season. E! has already renewed the show for another season.
