On this week’s Rob & Chyna, 29-year-old Rob Kardashian has some life-changing good news to share with his fiancé Blac Chyna.

The reality star revealed that he has received the latest update on his type 2 diabetes from his doctors in an E! News sneak peak of this Sunday’s episode.

After meeting with his nutritionist, Rob walked into the kitchen where Chyna (28) was seasoning steaks to share the good news.

“He just told me all my numbers, and I’m completely free of diabetes,” Rob said. “That’s like, the best news I’ve heard all year, literally.”

“What about us having a baby?” Chyna laughing responds.

“That’s obviously in front of that,” Kardashian backtracks. “The baby is obviously the best news of my life.”

In December of 2015, Rob was rushed to the hospital and was subsequently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, according to People.

While the sneak peak promises good news for Rob Kardashian, there still appears to be some drama about their particular living situation.

“I’m trying to find us a house, a house that you and me both love and are comfortable in,” Rob tells his pregnant fiancé. “I’m just not comfortable here.”

Rob may not be comfortable, but Chyna does not seem like she has any plans on moving out of her current home any time soon.

“But I really like this house, though,” she resonds. “And I feel like once Paige moves, you could come here and we can design it a different way, and then we can just stay here.”

Rob isn’t having it though.

“I’m sure if I could find a house that you liked, you would be all good,” Rob continued. “So not saying I’m going to find anything this year, but I’m going to try and look for sure.”

“We need a new start and getting a new house together would be a fresh start where we each are on equal terms,” Rob clarified. “I’m going to prove to her that I’m back on track and she hopefully sees that.”

Be sure to check out Rob & Chyna on E! at 9 p.m. ET on Sundays.
