RHNY Star Bethenny Frankel’s Husband Arrested For Stalking

Just this week, Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, was arrested for stalking the Real Housewives of New York star.

Hoppy screamed, “I will destroy you,” while talking with Frankel outside of their daughter’s school, according to TMZ. The public outburst prompted the New York Police Department to intervene and arrest Hoppy.

An NYPD spokeswoman confirmed the allegations regarding Jason Hoppy’s threatening message to Frankel while talking with Page Six.

“The complainant said Hoppy had sent numerous emails and FaceTime calls numbering in the hundreds after a cease and desist letter was sent on November 22, 2016.” 

The spokeswoman continued by saying: “On Friday, January 27, the suspect approached her and a friend at her child’s school at around 8:15 a.m. and tried to provoke a fight. He said, ‘I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned.’”

 

RHOC Brook Ayers Fakes Having Cancer

During season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, there was some serious buzz surrounding Vicki Gunvalson’s boyfriend, Brooks Ayers.

Gunvalson’s boyfriend claimed that he was suffering from stage 4 non-Hodgkins lymphoma. However, many of the other cast members had doubts that Ayers was telling the truth about the treatment he was undergoing..

In one episode, Ayers presented the cast was medical documentation that he said proved that he was undergoing treatment. As it turns out, Ayers totally falsified the docs and eventually admitted it, according to IBT.

At the time that the news broke that the cancer diagnosis was fake, Ayers gave this statement to E! News: “Words cannot express the deep regret that I have in fabricating documents to ‘prove’ to the world that I, in fact, have cancer. What I did was wrong and inexcusable. I acted alone, without Vicki [Gunvalson]’s knowledge, to produce documents for a reality TV show in hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest. I never intended to disclose my actual medical records or details about my private and personal medical history, thus the rationalization of presenting documents that weren’t true simply for a ‘storyline’ for the show.”

“From this day forward, my own personal journey with this disease will remain private as I initially intended over a year ago,” Ayers said.

 

RHNJ Teresa Giudice Released From Prison

RHONJ star Teresa Giudice was released from prison on December 23, 2015. The 44-year-old was put behind bars at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut for 11 months for fraud. 

Both Teresa and her son Joe were found guilty of fraud. She first went to prison in January 2015, and finished out her sentence on house arrest until February 2016.

Despite her husband currently being in prison, Teresa feels that her life is slowly turning back to normal.

“I think the last year was a whirlwind for Teresa,” says Giudice’s attorney James L. Leonard. “She left Danbury at 5 a.m. and was filming Real Housewives of New Jersey less than two hours later. Her book Turning The Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back came out in February and made The New York Times bestseller list and then Joe went away in March. So this has been a very eventful year full of highs and lows, but she is doing amazing.”

 

RHOC Lauri Peterson’s Son Arrested On Attempted Murder

In the summer of 2016, Lauri Peterson’s son was arrested on attempted murder charges. The Real Housewives of Orange County star’s son, Joshua Waring, was taken to jail after shooting a 35-year-old man.

Costa Mesa Lt. Paul Beckman stated, “Apparently there had been a previous confrontation between [Waring] and the occupants of that residence earlier, and had returned.”

Peterson left the show in 2008 in order to deal with issues concerning her son. Despite leaving the reality series, Peterson’s family was dragged back into the spotlight after the news of her son going to jail surfaced.

Real Housewives of Miami Star Larsa Pippen Divorce

Larsa Pippen and her former NBA player husband Scottie Pippen called it quits back in October after nearly 20 years of marriage. 

The former Real Housewives of Miami star and her ex-husband married in 1997 and have four children together, Sophia, Justin, Preston and Scottie Jr. Scottie Sr. also has three children from previous relationships.

“After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage,” Larsa’s rep said in a statement. “Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their four beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect. She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family.”

 

RHOC Star Vicki Gunvalson Sparks FBI Investigation After NSFW Photo Surfaces

Back in November of 2016, Vicki Gunvalson became the center of an FBI investigation after a topless picture of the Real Housewives of Orange County star surfaced on social media.

During a cast retreat to Dublin, Ireland, Gunvalson exposed her breasts while sitting at the table with her co-stars. A photograph was reportedly taken by Tamra Judge.

Judge allegedly snapped the pic and sent it to other cast members and producers along with snarky commentary.

As the topless photo begin to spread on the Internet, it somehow ended up on a 15-year-old girl’s social media account after she tweeted it out.

After seeing the photo on the Internet, a woman named Rosalie Coleman filed a complaint with the FBI. She said, “Tamara Judge…sent a nude photograph of an acquaintance of hers (taken at a small gathering) to a FIFTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL & asked her to distribute it online in an effort to humiliate & harass one Vicki Gunvalson.”
