Grandma Yetta has gone to a better place.
After battling cancer, Ann Morgan Guilbert has passed away at the age of 87.

Guilbert died in Los Angeles, according to Fox 411.
Though her career was illustrious and her theater credits extensive, Guilbert’s best known for her roles at Grandma Yetta on The Nanny and Millie Helper on The Dick Van Dyke Show.
Other theater credits include the 2005 Broadway play, “A Naked Girl on the Appian Way,” and productions of “The Matchmaker,” ”Arsenic and Old Lace,” ”Waiting for Godot,” ”To Kill a Mockingbird” and “Harvey.”
She is a native of Minneapolis and studied acting at Stanford University’s Department of Speech and Drama. While at Stanford she met the late producer-actor George Eckstein. The two later got married and had two children, both of whom entered the world of showbiz as their parents did. Guilbert and Eckstein later divorced, in 1996, and Guilbert went on to remarry actor Guy Raymond, who passed away a year later.
Guilbert is survived by her two daughters.
