Miracle Mattress is a store in San Antonio, Texas that sells, you guessed it, mattresses. But this year they went well over the line with the filming of a highly offensive (and yes, this commercial should be offensive to everyone) ad that depicts two employees simulating the 9/11 attacks with stacks of mattresses.

Sherise Bonanno is the store’s manager, and the owner’s daughter. She attempted to create a “viral” ad, but that backfired so badly in the worst way possible. The company has since published an apology on their Facebook page, but people do not seem to be buying it one bit:

Bottom line: don’t be dumb and disrespectful when there is absolutely no need for it. This was a highly foul attempt at humor and will now probably put this store out of business.
