Singing can take a lot out of a person, and Miranda Lambert is feeling the strain. After visiting the doctor about an issue with her vocal chords, Lambert has been forced to take a break to rest. This means she has since cancelled three of her concerts.
The concert promoter responsible for her shows announced that the September 15 Corpus Christi, September 16 Austin, Texas and September 17 San Antonio, Texas shows are canceled. It seems as though these shows are the final shows for Lambert’s Keeper of the Flame tour.

As of right now, fans can receive a refund for their tickets. There are currently no make-up dates, unless Lambert decides to book new events in those areas.
Hopefully, after Lambert gets all healed up, she will set up shows for her Texas fans. Knowing how Lambert cares for her fans, there’s no doubt she is just as sadden about having to cancel as her fans.
