Angelina Jolie Doesn’t Want Brad Pitt behind bars.
Even though she claims Pitt hit 15-year-old Maddox in the face on their private jet, she has no intention of pressing charges, and refuses to help police if they decide to build a case against her estranged husband.

Other sources say Pitt didn’t actually hit Maddox in the first place, but rather lunged at him, and when Jolie got in the way he inadvertently made contact with the child’s shoulder.
Either way, Jolie only wants to protect her children, not punish Pitt.
We recently learned the former couple have also agreed to go to counseling. Pitt also agreed to have his first visit with his children be supervised by a therapist, and to undergo full drug and alcohol testing, even though that isn’t a requirement.
If push comes to shove and the police try to press charges against Pitt, Jolie will go “radio silent.”
