Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s divorce details have finally been released, and it sounds like the situation might get a little sticky in days to come.
According to sources for TMZ, Brad originally said that he was done negotiating with Angelina after he felt that her people leaked the story about the incident on their family’s jet plane. However, negotiations resumed shortly thereafter.

There are reportedly 4 main elements to the ongoing settlement discussions:
- Custody and visitation
- Temporary support for Angelina and the children
- Property Split
- Permanent financial support
Both Brad Pitt and Angelina want to settle the divorce as quickly as possible, and to make sure that focus remains on their six kids: Maddox (15), Pax (12), Zahara (11), Shiloh (10), and the twins Knox and Vivienne (8).
While reports have claimed that custody of the children would be the most difficult matter for the couple to agree upon, sources claim that Brangelina are quickly making their way towards resolving the issue.
The discussiosns regarding temporary support for Angelina and their six kids have also been coming along smoothly.
However, after the argument between 52-year-old Fight Club actor Brad Pitt and his son Maddox, the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services has gotten involved. The incident is currently under investigation and any custody arrangement must align with the recommendations of the DCFS.
The issues of permanent financial support and property split have not been resolved at this point in the negotiations.
Which of these four elements to the Brangelina divorce settlement discussions do you think will be most difficult for the couple to agree upon?
