Hilary Duff is not here for body shamers.

The 29-year-old Younger actress shared an Instagram photo clapping back at anyone who pointed out her "flaws" during her Hawaii vacation with her 5-year-old son Luca.

"I am posting this on behalf of young girls, women, and mothers of all ages," Duff wrote in the caption, adding that she's spending quality time with her son after not being able to spend time together. "I'm enjoying a vacation with my son after a long season of shooting and being away from him for weeks at a time over those months."

She continued, writing that she is proud of and grateful for her body: "Since websites and magazines love to share 'celeb flaws' - well I have them! My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca, 5 years ago. I'm turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go."

Duff then encouraged women to love their bodies as they are. "Ladies, lets be proud of what we've got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed."

She concluded by telling off haters and body shamers. "You guys (you know who you are!) already know how to ruin a good time, and now you are body shamers as well," she finished, adding the hashtag #kissmyass.

The star's followers immediately flooded the comment section with overwhelmingly positive thoughts, like "And that is why you will always be an excellent role model," and "You are awesome. Beautiful Mama inside and out." Another commenter wrote, "We need more real women like you [sic] you're awesome."

The former Disney channel star has previously spoken about loving her body despite not feeling "perfect."

"I'm cool with how I look. I have really strong legs," she previously told Shape. "I'm a mom so I can toss my kid around and go hard with him all day long, and I love that. Of course there are always things I wish I could change or improve, but I love my strong legs and my bum."

She's also said that she doesn't obsess over molding her body to society's norm.

"I don't put a ton of pressure on myself to be, like, perfect," she told Cosmopolitan."When I was younger, I felt a lot more pressures. I probably cared a lot more of what people said or thought about me."

"After having a kid, I don't come first anymore. I don't have as much time to worry about it. Obviously, I care about how I look, and I care about taking care of myself and being in a good mental place, and working out really helps that, but I also like to eat food and drink drinks and enjoy my life."
