The Los Angeles Police Department are currently searching the home of pop singer Chris Brown after a woman called police early Tuesday morning claiming he threatened her with a gun, the Los Angeles Times reports.

There is a standoff happening right now outside of his home.

They are having "at least six people in the house" taken out, says LAPD Lt. Chris Ramirez. "They are having people come out of the residence and then officers will do a protective sweep."

However, no arrests have been made yet because they still have to interview Chris to determine if there was a crime. Police are interviewing several people in the home as well, according to the LAPD.

LAPD police officer Tony Im says "It is an ongoing investigation, so we are waiting for details to come in," says Im, who adds the caller was "somebody screaming and asking for help."

The woman who is accusing Brown is named Baylee Curran. She took to Instagram saying, "Do you all honestly think I wanted this and I caused this? If somebody put a gun to you head, what would you do? Call the police?" The video has since been deleted.

Brown meanwhile is inside the home and posting bizarre rant videos on Instagram. The police were told to get a warrant when they tried to enter his home.

In a video Brown claims he is innocent.

"Every three months y'all come up with something," Brown said in one video, adding, "At the same time when I call the police for stalker people that are endangering my life, they don't come until the next day."

This isn't his first go around with the police, having been arrested before for physical abuse towards his ex-girlfriend Rihanna.
