Have you ever felt like many celebrities and popular icons seem to stretch out the hours of the day and get more done than the rest of us? As it turns out, their productivity comes at a cost.

After conducting a thorough study, the results concluded that a significant portion of people need to catch a few more z’s every night. Nearly 1 in 3 Americans don’t get enough sleep, and most people in other countries aren’t quite snoozing as much as they should either.
While good sleep habits have overall benefits for health, somehow these celebrities have managed to change the world basically running on empty. Check out the amount of sleep that some of the most famous celebrities and historical figures usually clock in every night.
