Selena Gomez And Chloe Grace Moretz Join In On Taylor Swift-Kanye West Feud

Pop star Selena Gomez and actress Chloe Grace Moretz have taken to Twitter to vent their frustrations over the ongoing beef between celebrities such as Taylor Swift and Kanye West. The feud between Swift and West has been ongoing since 2009 and is now more tense than ever.

The celebrity squabble has recently gotten ugly as Kanye’s wife, Kim Kardashian West, leaked a video of a telephone conversation between Swift and Kanye discussing one of Kanye’s songs. The leaked footage of the conversation prompted Swift to pen a length response on Twitter, even adding that Kim and Kanye are guilty of “character assassination.”

Selena Gomez, a loyal member of Swift’s famous friend group, tweeted her frustrations over celebrities airing their disagreements over social media. The commentary was clearly in reference to the situation going on between Kanye and Taylor.

Gomez tweeted: “Why can’t people use their voice for something that f***ing matters?” Followed by one tweet that stated, “Truth is last thing we need right now is hate, in any form,” and another tweet writing, “This industry is so disappointing yet the most influential smh.”

19-year-old actress Chloe Grace Moretz also added her opinion on the conflict between Swift and Kanye. Moretz tweeted, “Everyone in this industry needs to get their heads out of a hole and look around to realize what’s ACTUALLY happening in the real world.” She followed that tweet with another post writing, “Stop wasting your voice on something so petulant and unimportant.”

Moretz’s tweets then received heavy backlash from Kim Kardashian West’s sister, Khloe, which resulted in a back-and-forth Twitter exchange between the two.
