
R&B star Ciara and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson are now officially married. The duo tied the knot at the Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England in front of friends and family, according ot E News. Ciara wore a custom Roberto Cavalli dress designed by Peter Dundas, the label’s creative director.
Photos surfaced on Twitter of the couple looking extremely elegant for the rehearsal dinner. On the way to the Titanic Hotel on Tuesday, where the rehearsal dinner was held, Russell Wilson was spotting wearing an all-black suit while Ciara “wore a flowing halter gown with her tresses pulled back into a ponytail.”

The Super Bowl champion quarterback was clearly very excited for the big day. Russell Wilson tweeted on Tuesday: “Overflow of Blessings! God is so good!”

Jennifer Hudson, one of Ciara’s best friends, captured the moments leading up to the nuptials on social media. Hudson gave fans a glimpse of her flowing gown on Instagram as she prepared to celebrate Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. While Hudson was able to post a picture of herself at the wedding, guests were reportedly asked to hand over their cell phones upon entering the ceremony.

The couple has been together since April of 2015 in a well-documented whirlwind of a relationship. The two were first spotted together on several public outings last year – including a joint trip to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.
