After his young model wife mysteriously disappeared in July, an Italian businesmess feared that she might have met a sinister fate. She told him that she was just going outside for fresh air, but then he never saw her again...until now.

Gianluca Cervara alerted the authorities that he believed his new bride, former Miss Ukraine Anna Zaiachkivska, had been kidnapped or worse, according to the reports that were published. The two wed at a registry office in December, and Cervara claims they were going to have a formal church wedding this month, according to Daily mail. However, she had other plans in mind.

The police searched for any trace of Ms. Zaiachkivska, but after no progress had been made for months, the case cooled.

Several months later, Cervara discovered pictures on Instagram of the young model in the USA with another man. Needless to say, he was completely taken aback by the photos.

"Your husband in Milan and Parents say thank You for Be in New York with address Of another man," Cervara sarcastically posted alongside the social media photos of his runaway bride.

After the shocking discovering, the billionaire businessman is now suing the 24-year-old model after discovering that she fled to America. He seeks revenge, suing her for breaking their prenuptial agreement. Cervarra even claims that upon escaping the country, Ms. Zaiachkivska took $7,000 and a cellphone from his home safe.

Zaiachkivska was asked about the bizarre situation by Ukrainian website tochka.net, and she said that she left because "He raised his hands agaisnt me."

"The first time when he did it I ran away to my parents' house in the western Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk. I did not tell them what the matter was," Zaiachkivska recalls.

She continued, "He came to get me, and I gave him a second chance, but during an argument he spat in my face, and I simply could not take it."

When speaking with the same publication, Cervara stated, "All I can say is she is not the person she is pretending to be."
