Tara Reid hit the red carpet Thursday night in a stunning ensemble — and turned plenty of heads in the process.
The 41-year-old actress put her assets on full display in a see-through chainmail mini dress at the Art With a Cause event in Los Angeles. She paired the dress with a pair of platform nude stilettos and a sleek ponytail.

The American Pie actress mingled with Ashlee Simpson’s husband, Evan Ross, whose work was on display.
“It was a pleasure to come out and support [The Freedom United Foundation] and [Evan Ross] on the amazing revealing of his latest art work,” she captioned a photo on Instagram of herself and Ross.

Throughout the years, Reid has been a frequent subject of body shaming for her thin figure, often dealing with eating disorder accusations. In June, she opened up to E! News about how she deals with the negativity she has often encountered as a result.
“I’ve definitely felt bullying in my life. With media or press or just different things in my life,” she said. “People always say I don’t eat. I eat all the time. They call me scary skinny. You’re my friend; everyone knows I eat more than anyone. I’m just a thin girl.“

The actress’ new film, Worthless, tackles both bullying and body shaming, and Reid shared that she hopes the movie will inspire others to be kind.
“The body shaming that is going on right now is to a degree that is so bad for girls and I really relate to that and I understand that so this movie meant a lot to me,” she said.
“I think this movie could affect a lot of people and really think twice before you have something negative to bully on someone,” Reid continued. “One word can change someone’s life.”
