On Thursday night, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared an inspirational message with his followers on Instagram: go practice making those babies.
The 44-year-old WWE star turned actor posted the video with the caption: “Just a lil’ late night reminder. #HardestWorkersInTheRoom.” The Rock had just finished an intense late night workout, and wanted to give some motivation to his more than 64 million followers.

The purpose of the brief clip was to give a reminder to everybody to just keep grinding, and he also revealed his “anchoring motto” which is to “always be the hardest workers in the room.” According to Johnson, success “always leads with hard work,” and “there’s no substitution for hard work.” Even though we’re all getting up early, raising kids, and “bringing home the bacon,” Johnson wants to make sure that we don’t forget to add “practice making those babies” to the to-do list.
“Be the hardest workers in the room, and keep practicing making those babies,” commands The Rock. That’s exactly the inspiration we needed going into the weekend. We can always count on you, Dwayne.
Other interesting posts from The Rock recently include a first look at his character in the upcoming Jumanji sequel.
Johnson will be bringing the highly-anticipated movie to theaters alongside Kevin Hart (Central Intelligence), Jack Black (Goosebumps), and Karen Gillan (Guardians of the Galaxy).
Jumanji is slated to hit theaters on July 28th, 2017.
Until then, go work hard at whatever you do and practice making those babies!
