Attention, ice cream lovers!
McDonald’s is giving away free soft-serve ice cream cones nationwide on Sunday, July 16, according to Business Insider, and they’re deliciously easy to get your hands on.

To properly celebrate National Ice Cream Day, customers must download the fast food chain’s mobile app, and the offer will appear on Sunday under “my deals.”

The promotion aims to highlight the chain’s new ice cream recipe, which was rolled out earlier this year and removed artificial flavors, colors and preservatives from the soft-serve in McDonald’s dessert items.
Customers must present their offer at a participating McDonald’s drive-thru or restaurant to receive the deal.
In an effort to promote the free treats, McDonald’s will begin a marketing campaign on Monday on Twitter using the hashtag #SoftServed to give people compliments.
