Bachelor Nation was recently rocked by scandal when filming on Bachelor in Paradise was suspended due to allegations of misconduct between contestants Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson when the two had a sexual encounter in a pool.
According to TMZ, Olympios admitted to mixing prescription drugs and alcohol before the incident with Jackson, with the reality star reportedly making the admission during the Bachelor in Paradise reunion taping Saturday.
While Olympios reportedly did not reveal what type of prescription she had taken, she was allegedly adamant that mixing the prescription with alcohol caused her to blackout, rendering her unable to recall what happened with Jackson.
A recent BIP promo reveals that the show will air footage of Olympios and Jackson, with the series appearing to address the moments before and after the pool incident.
After production was shut down on the show, Warner Bros. conducted an investigation into the incident and found no evidence of wrongdoing. Production resumed and the show is set to premiere on Aug. 14.
