'Bachelor in Paradise' Star Cracks His Skull

A former Bachelor in Paradise contestant was recently injured in an accident that left him with his skull cracked.

According to TMZ, Justin Reich was riding his longboard when he hit a downhill bump that caused him to smash into the ground very hard. He reportedly blacked out twice from the injuries.

Reich, who appeared on Bachelor in Paradise two years ago in 2015, was in his hometown of Chicago when the accident occurred.

As he tells it, he blacked out after the crash, then woke up in an ambulance where he blacked out yet again.

His injuries are said to include "a collapsed ear canal, concussion, and fractured skull."

Reich spent two days in the ICU but is apparently scheduled to return to the hospital next week.

Reports indicate, however, that "permanent loss of hearing" is a genuine concern at this point.

When Justin appeared on Bachelor in Paradise back in season two, he was with Cassandra Ferguson.

The two did not get engaged, and they revealed later that they had broken up.

Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert were the reigning couple from that season, as they got engaged and eventually married.

Later, they appeared on the eighth season of Marriage Boot Camp. Today, they live in Kansas City, Missouri and are expecting their first child in September.
