24: Legacy – Who Are The Main Characters?

Action fans around the globe sent eight years following the incredible actions of Counter Terrorist Unit agent Jack Bauer, and they’re finally getting a chance to return to the world of 24.

The new series, 24: Legacy, premiered after this year’s Super Bowl on FOX.

Corey Hawkins replaces Keifer Sutherland as the star, but none of the action diminishes throughout the first episode.

There are a lot of moving parts in this new series, and each face will be new for fans of the franchise. To be honest, it’s a lot to keep up with,

Eric Carter

Eric Carter is the new lead character in the 24 universe, and he’s got some big shoes to fill. Fortunately, Corey Hawkins has the talent to make it happen.

Carter was a Squad Leader in the US Army, who helped lead the take-down of legendary terrorist Bin-Khalid. Now that he’s stateside, he has entered witness protection and civilian life with his wife Nicole.

When Bin-Khalid’s followers come stateside, it’s up to Carter to lead the charge for CTU.

 

Rebecca Ingram

Rebecca Ingram is the former head of CTU, but she’s recently chosen to hang up the saddle. Her husband is running for President, and she has decided to help him full time.

When Eric Carter contacts Ingram about the murders of his squad – and the impending terrorist threat – she has to snap out of retirement.

While Ingram is still fresh, she has to work around her lack of clearance, as well as the promises she made to her husband.

 

Ben Grimes

Ben Grimes is the only member of Eric’s former squad that hasn’t been killed yet, and that’s because he’s been waiting for this to happen.

Grimes has some severe PTSD, and he has a grudge against the American government for not taking care of him after he left the military. Since getting home, Grimes has become incredibly paranoid.

There are plenty of secrets for Grimes to hide, and only Eric can get through to him.

 

Nicole Carter

Nicole is Eric’s wife, and she’s happy to have him living a normal life. Once the action gets up and going, she isn’t going to be very excited.

While she doesn’t agree with the action-packed lifestyle, Nicole is completely supportive of Eric. She will do whatever’s necessary to keep him safe.

Nicole may seem like just a housewife on the surface, but she’s got plenty of secrets of her own.

 

John Donovan

John Donovan is a good man, and he has the makings of becoming a truly great president. 

The senator is currently working on his first campaign to become the country’s leader, and he seems to have things under control.

The biggest wild card in John’s life is his wife’s connections to CTU, and he struggles with figuring out how to love her well and run a campaign.

With all of the people involved in John’s campaign, there’s bound to be some secrets hidden among his closest advisors. Donovan, however, appears to be one of the good ones.

Isaac Carter

Isaac is the brother of Eric Carter, and he lives a much different lifestyle. The eldest Carter is well-known on the streets of DC.

The character may be a gangster, but he’s incredibly intelligent. The guy runs multiple operations, and has a slew of people working under him. The dark suit he dons doesn’t exactly fit in his environment, but he is meant to stand out.

While the two are brothers, they have plenty standing between them.

 

Andy

Andy is one of the main analysts at CTU, and he is easily the most-trusted ally of Rebecca Ingram. When she returns to the organization to help Eric, Andy is the only one whom she can confide in.

Andy doesn’t trust the new regime at CTU, and that may be for good reason.

 

Jadalia Bin-Khalid

Jadalia has now taken control to the Bin-Khalid organization, and he’s looking to cause quite a lot of damage in the United States.

The young man is terrifying and he is easily seen as someone you wouldn’t want to cross. If his plans come to fruition, evil and pain will reign down on the West Coast. It’s up to Eric and Rebecca to bring him down before that happens.

Keith Mullins

Keith Mullins is the new head of CTU, and fans will immediately wonder if they can trust him. 

Ingram hand-picked Mullins as her replacement, so she has a big level of respect for the guy. Mullins however, runs things much differently than she ever did.
