Meek Mill Arrested in New York City

Rapper Meek Mill was arrested in New York City Thursday night on charges of reckless endangerment, ABC 7 reports.
Mill had performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon just hours before his arrest, which came about after police saw video of the musician allegedly riding his quad bike "around the streets of Upper Manhattan" Wednesday evening in what authorities allege was a dangerous manner.
A New York Police Department spokesperson said Mill allegedly popped wheelies while not wearing a helmet, with the incident chronicled in a since-deleted post on the rapper's Instagram. It is currently illegal to ride a dirt bike or ATV anywhere in New York City.
The 30-year-old was pulled over in a car while leaving a basketball game, with video of the rapper's arrest includes the voice of an officer telling Mill he has video of the artist riding "up and down the street."
People reports that Mill is set to face a judge on Friday after spending the night in Central Booking.
