5 WWE RAW Wrestlers Who Need To Move To Smackdown LIVE

As Sheryl Crow once sang, a change could do you good. Over the past few weeks, Smackdown LIVE GM, Daniel Bryan has been scouting and tweeting some of RAW's more underused talent. After Cesaro noted his unhappiness with being left off a WWE Live poster in his home country, Bryan was quick to respond:

Then last night after Sami Zayn voiced his displeasure with being "held back" by RAW GM, Mick Foley, Bryan tweeted the following:

It should come as no surprise that Daniel Bryan would have a soft spot for former independant stars who have yet to be given the opportunity to fulfill their potential as that was the synopsis of Bryan's career before winning the WWE championship at Wrestlemania 30.

But could a change of scenery make that much of a difference? Here are the top 5 RAW wrestlers who need a switch to the blue brand.

5. Bo Dallas

The former Social Outcast member started to gain traction after the brand split, reemerging with more edge to his formerly campy persona. A mini-feud with Bo and Curtis Axel even looked to be gaining legs, but the two were quickly relegated to WWE Superstars duty. A move to Tuesday nights would put the sinister version of Bo exactly where he needs to be, reunited with his brother, Bray Wyatt. Bo would be the perfect sacrificial lamb (see Spike Dudley) for all of the Wyatt Family storylines.

4. Sami Zayn

Sami Zayn was one of the most over wrestlers in the entire WWE while he was on NXT. He carried that momentum into his debut at the Royal Rumble and looked ready to rocket up the RAW ranks. Zayn even picked up a huge win over Kevin Owens in the blow off match to their seemingly never ending feud at WWE Battleground. Fast forward six months and Kevin Owens is the Universal champion while Sami is begging for an opportunity to job to Braun Strowan. It's time for Sami to be on a show where his pure wrestling ability can truly be showcased.

3. The Club

What good is a club without its leader? Ever since AJ Styles was drafted over to Smackdown LIVE, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows have wallowed in mediocrity. What began as one of the most buzzed about factions in all of wrestling has fizzled out into a midcard tag team who has trouble getting a wins over R Truth and Goldust. With the emergence of Sheamus and Cesaro as The New Day's eventual championship successors, there is nothing left for The Club on Monday Night's.

2. Cesaro

Daniel Bryan has an eye for talent and he's absolutely right in his assumption that the most criminally underused wrestler in the business would be better suited on Smackdown LIVE. With a lack of top level babyfaces to compete with and Mauro Ranallo gushing over his freakishly athletic movesets, Cesaro could soon turn all of the blue brand crowd into the Cesaro Section. Imagine some of the absolute wrestling clinics he could put on with AJ Styles. Cesaro needs to be the new King of Tuesday nights. Just leave the off-brand James Bond gimmick behind on RAW.

1. Big E

It may seem blasphemous to consider breaking up The New Day, but after four hundred and however many days since winning their 2nd WWE tag team championship, it's time to let these guys fly on their own. Big E has future WWE World Champion written all over him. He has the size, the look, the charisma and even more of the size. Seriously, have you noticed the size? He's huge. Let him carry some of his jolly New Day unicorn magic over to the blue brand where he could become the new face that runs the place. It's been way too long since we've had a black WWE World Champion. Let Big E relieve some of the duties of being the company's top babyface while John Cena is out filming another reality show.
