As the Westworld hosts prepare to come back online, a new face looks to be joining their ranks.

Now that the second season of HBO's hit sci-fi series has started production, details about the new episodes are beginning to surface, and casting announcements are being made.

On the heels of Katja Herbers being revealed as a new series regular, it looks as though Fargo alum Zahn McClarnon has been added to the cast.

Key Samurai Character Coming To Westworld Season 2?

While HBO hasn't officially announced the new member of the park, one of Westworld's current hosts was quick to reveal the information.

Louis Herthum, who plays Peter Abernathy, tweeted out a welcome message to Mclarnon. He congratulated his friend on making it to Westworld, just as he did when Herbers was announced earlier in the week.

This isn't concrete, but it appears that Herthum knows what he's talking about. The actor is also set to take on a bigger role this season, as he was upped to series regular status ahead of production.

Westworld Season 2 Premiere Title Revealed

Many TV fans will recognize McClarnon for his role as the villainous Hanzee on the hit FX series, Fargo. The actor also had a recurring role in the A&E/Netflix series Longmire.

For Westworld fans, it's not hard speculate what role McClarnon could be taking on when he arrives. At the end of Season 1, the Native American hosts were preparing to attack the town of Sweetwater, seemingly as a part of Ford's new narrative. Given his Lakota heritage, McClaron could easily step in as one of the main characters in that tribe.

While he may fit one of those roles, McClarnon's talent is far above that of a small character actor. He could easily step in and play any type of role as the second season unfolds.

Westworld Season 2 is currently in production and it's set to make waves with a Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic Con.
